Our Founder & CEO
Sanderson King, part of SK Global Search, was created to operate in an increasingly agile and fast-paced world, securing the best executive and senior leaders that can positively impact culture, customer, growth and bottom line.
Our Founder, Elliott Sanderson, has two decades of recruitment experience partnering across Venture, Growth, Private Equity and Corporate sectors, connecting visionary leaders with talent, globally.
Elliott is passionate about helping clients grow by providing expert search partnerships rooted in long-term relationships and a human-first approach to recruitment. Beyond supporting clients in scaling their teams, he is also driving Sanderson King’s own growth, ensuring the business remains agile and equipped to meet the evolving needs of those it serves.

Our Finance & HR Practice Director
With a strong track record in UK and International search, Fiona is a trusted advisor in the HR and finance communities. She builds deep relationships and offers strategic guidance up to board level, providing valuable insight into what “good” truly looks like.
With over 20 years in recruitment, Fiona has worked across finance, professional services, commerce, industry, and the third sector. Before this, she had a successful retail career, progressing from a management trainee to senior leadership.
Passionate about people and naturally curious, Fiona combines expertise with a genuine enthusiasm for connection. Her professional approach and extensive experience make her a sought-after partner in search and consultancy.
Our NED
Darren Williams (DW) is GM at Specsavers and the Founder of Williams Harding Consulting. He is also the Vice President of The Twenty Club and an Ambassador, advocate and supporter of the Retail Trust.
DW has had a 35 year career in Retail, from the shop floor to Senior roles in a number of businesses in retail and hospitality, including Hotel Chocolat, Paul and Unilever. He also has extensive experience in leasing and commercial property.
