About Us
Our Founder & CEO
Sanderson King, part of SK Global Search, was created to operate in an increasingly agile and fast-paced world, securing the best executive and senior leaders that can positively impact culture, customer, growth and bottom line.
Our Founder, Elliott Sanderson, has two decades of recruitment experience partnering across Venture, Growth, Private Equity and Corporate sectors, connecting visionary leaders with talent, globally.
Elliott is passionate about helping clients grow by providing expert search partnerships rooted in long-term relationships and a human-first approach to recruitment. Beyond supporting clients in scaling their teams, he is also driving Sanderson King’s own growth, ensuring the business remains agile and equipped to meet the evolving needs of those it serves.

Our NED
Darren Williams (DW) is GM at Specsavers and the Founder of Williams Harding Consulting. He is also the Vice President of The Twenty Club and an Ambassador, advocate and supporter of the Retail Trust.
DW has had a 35 year career in Retail, from the shop floor to Senior roles in a number of businesses in retail and hospitality, including Hotel Chocolat, Paul and Unilever. He also has extensive experience in leasing and commercial property.
Our Board Advisor
Nikole DeSantis is a creative and commercial leader with over two decades of experience shaping brands across fashion, lifestyle and design. Having held Director roles at Sazy, Shrimps, Papier, and Knomo London she’s built a career transforming ideas into iconic, customer-loved businesses that balance creativity with commercial growth.
As Board Advisor to Sanderson King, Nikole brings deep expertise in brand strategy, leadership and culture—helping to guide the firm’s continued evolution within the worlds of design, retail and lifestyle. Her focus on creativity, authenticity and long-term growth reflects Sanderson King’s commitment to building meaningful, human-first partnerships.
